Starr's Trailer Sales COVID-19 Response

Starr’s Trailer Sales is happy to inform you that effective Monday, April 20, 2020, Governor Tom Wolf set forth specific guidelines, which allow us to resume recreational vehicle trailer sales, via online methods.  We have to adapt our selling process to be compliant with the guidelines and continue to keep our employees and our customers safe.

What that means for our customers:

• Our current inventory must be shopped online – all in stock units have photos of the inside and outside.  We are not allowed to unlock all of our units on our lot for customers to browse.
• We can coordinate the shopping experience in several ways:
  • Via online contact: Send us a text message from the website or send an email to scott@starrstrailersales.com
  • Call our store at 814-265-0632
  • Online credit applications are available on our website
• Once a trailer has been chosen, we will schedule an appointment with our finance department and our service department to coordinate the delivery of the trailer.  Please be assured that we will limit the amount of face to face contact that our customers will have with employees at our dealership.  We also ask all customers to wear face masks.

 

Our promises to our customers:

• We are strictly adhering to the CDC guidelines, which include, but are not limited to:
  • We are cleaning all high touch points in our parts store and service departments
  • All employees must wear masks, and we ask all customers to wear masks as well
  • Our employees are practicing Social Distancing maintaining 6 feet of distance between parties, and ask our customers to respect that
• We will continue to provide the level of customer service that we always have
• Our Parts Department is open, but we are limiting the number of customers at one time.  We are also offering curbside pickup options as well as shipping options.
• Our Service Department is open, but our Customer Waiting Area is temporarily closed.  We are asking customers to drop off their trailers so that we can ensure the safety of our customers as well as our employees.
