Cooler Comparison: Which one is best for you?

Published on Jul 31, 2016

There are so many different coolers on the market that all “claim” to be the best. But, which ones really are the best? We are going to take a look at the top rated coolers on the market and compare so you can pick which one fits your needs.

Yeti Coolers are the hottest coolers out there right now, and they should be. They are extremely durable, they come with an extended warranty, come in many different sizes to fit the consumers needs, and the locks and lids are designed to keep bears from getting in. But, they come with a hefty price tag. Their larger coolers can come in around $400-$500 which can be a steep price to pay if you don’t use it very often.  Competitors have designed similar coolers with similar features but at half the price. Here is a chart to show the comparison of Yeti to other top coolers on the market.

Each model comes with different features but for comparison we chose to look at the models closest in size and capacity. If you are an every weekend camper, boater, etc you’re going to need a cooler that’s going to hold up to the frequency of use and wear and tear; you may want to make a little more of an investment on your cooler. But, if you are a twice a year camper but still want the quality of a high-end cooler, it’s good to know you have options without paying a hefty price.
